FAQ: Book Cover Images
Your image purchase:
JW Photography and Covers Sales exclusive Image Licenses and non exclusive teasers.
An image purchased as exclusive will not be sold as a book cover again and will only be licensed once as
such. The purchased pose and any to similar will be pulled. Other images from set and in same clothing
can be sold as exclusive. Only the purchased pose will be pulled from stock. Exception to this are
custom shoots. If you have more detailed questions on this please ask.
JW takes request for images on regular schedules shoots. These requested images do not incur a extra
fee. JW does do custom shoots that will incur a extra charge and session time. Please contact for details
if you need to request a custom image/images.
When you purchase a image JW Photography and Covers will grant a exclusive license on the image for a
one time book cover use. Your image will not need to be renewed or re-licensed.
Image can be modified or deviants made from to fit design or story content.
Image can be used for swag, audio, banners or teasers. If you want to use image for items that are for
sale a different type of licenses to cover that must be obtained.
Image can not be resold. JW Photography and Covers retains copyright to all images and can use for
non book cover purposes that are not attached to bookcover or rights of licensee.
Your image price includes Photographers, Models, contract and paypal fees. On custom orders any
specific props or clothing need to be included.
JW asks authors to pay for Models fee separate. Your contract will have the specific information.
Models/talent fees vary. JW photography fees remain the same and do not vary.
JW has payment plans available with a $150.00 nonrefundable deposit and three month payoff.
Because of the digital nature of the product we cannot refund after delivery or if contract is allowed to
expire.
JW provides the image and artistic interpretations on edited images. Unedited images will be edited to
authors specifications. JW does not design covers at this time.
